Back in May, we bought a foreclosure property which had everything we were looking for...but it needed some work. The first thing we tackled was the lawn. The house had been empty for over a year and a half and the lawn was a nice "foreclosure brown." While we first attempted to DIY the sod, we quickly learned that the lawn needed more work than we could handle. In the time that the house had remained empty, many of the sprinkler pipes had burst or had been taken over by weeds. After wasting a weekend, we finally hired the experts and went from this:

It's amazing how much some grass can really change a place!
